Service and website

• The publicly accessible marketing website displays information, screenshots and visual assets, and provides a contact form. The processing of data submitted through the form is governed by the privacy notice.
• Use of the web application requires an invitation or registration. During sign-in we send a one-time, time-limited link through the MailerSend service.
• The system provides modular SME management functionality (projects, time tracking, incident management, etc.), controlled by organisational roles.

Transactional email service (MailerSend) and acceptable use

MailerSend is used solely for transactional sign-in and confirmation emails.

• It is prohibited to send unsolicited marketing communication or bulk notifications through the service.
• Users undertake not to import purchased or scraped address lists and confirm that all recipients have given prior consent to be contacted.
• Compliance with the MailerSend Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy is mandatory.

User obligations

• Before pressing the registration / sign-in / order button, users must accept these terms and the privacy notice via a required checkbox.
• Users may not test, reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent the system or the underlying infrastructure (including MailerSend).
• Users must keep billing and organisational data up to date and ensure that only authorised persons have access to the modules.

Ordering and subscription

• Subscription terms are accepted electronically; the internal admin interface logs who activated the plan and when.
• Fees are invoiced monthly or annually, as agreed in the service contract.
• For the lifetime of the service we provide access to MailerSend logs so that delivery of transactional emails can be demonstrated.

Intellectual property

The KKVzz brand name, logo, visual assets and the web application source code are protected by copyright. Users may only use the service for the purposes defined in the contract; renting out, sublicensing or copying the software is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

• Information on the public website is for general information purposes only; we do not accept liability for its accuracy or completeness.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, except where caused by intent or gross negligence.
• For delays resulting from unforeseeable external events (for example a MailerSend outage), where the individual service contract includes an availability commitment (SLA), we provide the service credits set out therein.

Term and termination

• The subscription is created for the term matching the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) and, unless otherwise agreed, automatically renews until the end of the current cycle.
• Either party may terminate the service in writing (including by email) with effect from the end of the current billing cycle; no refund is due for the already invoiced, unused period unless the law provides otherwise.
• In the event of material breach (for example non-payment or violation of these terms) the service may be suspended or terminated with immediate effect.
• After termination, the handling and deletion of data is governed by the privacy notice; the user may request an export of their data before termination.

Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms from time to time (for example due to legal changes or improvements to the service). We will inform users of material changes before they take effect, by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and the use of the service are governed by Hungarian law. The parties will primarily seek to settle any disputes amicably; failing that, the dispute will be decided by the competent Hungarian court.
