• We do not set marketing or analytics cookies in your browser.
• We measure traffic with our own cookie-free web analytics: it sets no cookies and stores no raw IP addresses (see the web analytics section of the privacy notice).
• Server-side logging is performed for security purposes (HTTP logs) and does not set cookies in the browser.
• Submitting the contact form does not set marketing or tracking cookies; the processing of the data you provide is covered by the privacy notice.

Web application cookie categories

• Strictly necessary: session identifiers that link the signed-in user to the organisational database. Without these, the service cannot function.
• Security cookies: one-time tokens (for example CSRF tokens) that prevent unauthorised API calls.
• We currently do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Should we introduce any in the future, they will only be activated based on prior, explicit consent, and this policy will be updated.

MailerSend and tracking

MailerSend attaches technical parameters only to the links included in sign-in emails. Opening the link does not set cookies in the browser; it is used solely to validate the one-time token. The MailerSend cookie policy is available here: MailerSend Cookie Policy.

Managing and disabling cookies

• Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, no consent banner gating non-essential cookies is shown; the public website may display an informational cookie notice that neither gates anything nor sets tracking cookies.
• Browser settings: Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge all allow you to clear or block cookies — but blocking strictly necessary cookies means the web application cannot be used.
• In private/incognito browsing mode the browser clears cookies at the end of the session.
• If we introduce optional cookies (for example analytics) in the future, we will ask for separate consent and provide a way to change your settings.
