Separation of channels

On the public website (marketing content) we handle enquiries received through the contact form, without automatic transactional email sending. In the closed web application – available after sign-in – login and authorisation links are delivered by an external transactional email provider (MailerSend).

• The website displays informational copy and visual elements, and provides a contact form.
• The transactional email service (MailerSend) is used exclusively for automatic, one-time sign-in links.
• Business and status notifications are shown inside the web application’s notification centre.
